Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring prompt customer service for maintenance requests and preparing vacant units for new residents through direct supervision. You will ensure the property meets safety and appearance standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with management on priorities and budgets. This role is vital in delivering superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including light plumbing and electrical work
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push, or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools, including personal smartphone technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
• HVAC Certification
