Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks across facilities and equipment. You’ll ensure equipment safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime while leading a team of mechanics and technicians.

Responsibilities include establishing preventive maintenance programs, training staff, and maintaining spare parts inventories to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5 years related experience including supervisory experience.
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to provide technical and management practice recommendations through formal and informal communication.
• Problem solving skills and ability to analyze manufacturing, maintenance, and mechanical issues.
