Job summary

Novolex in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance of facilities and equipment at our manufacturing site. You will ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing downtime across production lines.

You will lead maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance programs, and manage spare parts inventory while collaborating with engineering and operations to support continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience required including supervisory experience.
• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to provide technical and management practice recommendations through formal and informal communication.
• Problem solving skills and ability to analyze various manufacturing, maintenance and mechanical related issues.

Job Description
