Job summary

Keller Management LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in the Glendale area to lead and train maintenance technicians across a high-volume property. This role focuses on keeping the community well-maintained, safe, and attractive, with emphasis on timely repairs and preventive tasks.

The candidate will be available for emergency calls during nights and weekends, collaborate with the office team on resident retention strategies, and uphold a Green and Clean community standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in property maintenance.
• Certified HVAC at EPA level with 2+ years experience.
• CPO Certification is required.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and lead the maintenance technicians.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan daily priorities for the community.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Assist the office team in resident retention strategies.
• Assist with maintaining a "Green and Clean" community.
