HP Hood LLC in Concord is seeking a hands-on Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily equipment and building upkeep, plan projects, and address safety issues at the facility.
This role involves coordinating maintenance staff, managing contractor work, and ensuring cost-effective operations while adhering to GMP and safety policies. A minimum of 3 years in plant maintenance and a GED or high school diploma are required.

This position is responsible for supervising the everyday operation and upkeep of equipment and buildings, project planning and implementation, and safety issues within and around the plant.
Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm. However, hours may vary based on business needs. Position requires flexibility to provide additional coverage for operations, staffing support, special projects, off-hour repairs, emergency response, employee training and mentoring, and other operational requirements as necessary.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
The pay range for this position is
$91,700 - $107,700 USD
