Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Cleburne, TX to lead maintenance activities, optimize uptime, and ensure safe, compliant operations in an air separation facility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Industrial experience.
  • Prior operations management of an air separation facility is a plus.
  • Supervising staff experience is preferred.
  • Problem analysis and decision-making abilities.

Support the efficient operation of equipment and machinery by collaborating with and guiding the maintenance team’s activities to optimize uptime and enhance team effectiveness- Guide and support maintenance technicians, including aligning priorities, organizing tasks, and fostering continuous learning and team engagement.

  • Air Separation - Brings a strong understanding and passion for learning air separation and associated technologies.

  • Instrumentation and Electrical - Demonstrates a practical understanding of electrical principles applied to the operation and repair of complex electrical devices.

  • Mechanical aptitude - Brings foundational skills and a collaborative approach to mechanical systems maintenance.

  • Safety and Compliance - A fundamental understanding of all applicable regulations, laws, certifications, and standards with a focus on how to advance success in each discipline for a manufacturing environment.

  • Leadership - Ideally, you bring a strong foundation to build the leadership skills needed to collaboratively partner with a production staff.

  • Maintenance Programs - Familiar with modern maintenance programs, asset management systems, and core operational principles.

Are you a MATCH?
  • Minimum of 3 years of Industrial experience

  • Well versed in problem analysis/decision making process and identifying sound solutions.

  • Prior operations management of an air separation facility a plus

  • Prior experience with supervising a staff is preferred
