Livingston Hills Rehabilitation and NCC seeks a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Hudson, NY. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, ensure building and equipment meet the highest standards, and support residents and staff with a well‑maintained environment.

As a hands‑on leader, you will supervise operations, drive safety, and collaborate with the management team to deliver quality care and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on maintenance and facility operations experience.
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is required.
• Experience supervising and coordinating maintenance tasks.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.

About the Role
