Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC, to lead the maintenance team, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare vacant units to market-ready standards. You will coordinate with the Property Manager and ensure high-quality service across the community.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing vendor contracts, maintaining safety and code compliance, and delivering timely maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• Valid drivers license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
• EPA or CFC certification REQUIRED.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ari Apartment Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the property maintenance and enhancing the overall value of the community. You will lead a maintenance team in performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance service requests, and performing repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to ensure they are market ready.

  • Execute diverse maintenance tasks,including painting,caulking,keying,appliance repairs,plumbing fixes,minor HVAC and roof repairs.
  • Contribute to annual budget planning and monitor expenditures responsibly.
• Professionalism & Impact:
  • Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and conduct.
  • Represent the company with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
  • Efficiently and expertly handle resident service requests,fostering positive relationships.
