Job summary

WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Battle Creek, MI facility to lead maintenance teams, deliver reliability improvements, and manage a variety of impactful projects. You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure safe, efficient plant operations to produce great food.

The role requires shifting 11pm–7am with flexibility for other shifts and rotating weekends; prior maintenance supervision in manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and related work experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work 11pm - 7am shift with flexibility to work other shifts if needed.
  • Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be supporting production at our WK Kellogg Battle Creek, MI facility by filling in for our leaders and managing unique and impactful projects! This role will be fast-paced, agile, and flexible to business needs as you play a key role in delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations! You will develop and motivate teams, be the go-to person for immediate leadership relief, and work on a variety of projects that identify opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively produce great food.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and related work experience

Salary Range: $76,560 - $95,700

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
