Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community in the Fort Worth area. You will lead a maintenance team, respond to service requests, and ensure turnover repairs are completed to market-ready standards.

Ideal candidates have prior apartment maintenance and supervisory experience, strong HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, EPA HVAC certification, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
  • EPA HVAC certification required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Reliable, organized and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
  • Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turnover repairs.
  • Maintain grounds, including snow removal and common areas cleaning.
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Tarantino Properties is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community in Fort Worth, TX.

Duties:
  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
  • HVAC (EPA) Certification required
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
