Salary Range: $33.00 To $36.00 Hourly
Schedule:Full-Time; Monday – Friday; weekend availability required; on- call rotation required
Pay:$33.00 – $36.00/hour; based on experience
Incentives:Quarterly performance-based bonus program; $150/week on-call bonus

Banner Property Management is seeking a skilled, hands-on, and customer-focused Maintenance Supervisor to help lead the maintenance operations of Flora Waterset Apartments, a brand-new multifamily community currently in lease-up.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to establish efficient maintenance processes, prepare apartments for move-ins, coordinate vendors, and help create a safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming community from day one.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the day-to-day maintenance operation while remaining actively involved in hands‑on repairs, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, inspections, and resident service. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and skilled technician who can balance immediate maintenance needs with the organization and planning required to support a successful lease‑up.
