Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift in Alabama. This role provides oversight for Supervisors and Technicians and leads daily maintenance operations to keep production lines running smoothly.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP and HAZMAT guidelines, drive equipment reliability, manage costs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.
• Excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations and oversee Supervisors and Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, and HAZMAT.
• Ensure maintenance and repairs meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Constantly stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
• Exposure to damp, wet and cold environments.
• Regularly lift 25+ lbs.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
