This role requires a quick learner, adaptability, and a commitment to quality. Applicants should have at least 2 years in maintenance or custodial work, a valid driver's license, and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance or custodial experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (last 7 years).

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Grounds maintenance including snow removal and mowing.
• Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the property.
