McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person responsible for maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment. You will join the Maintenance Team, receive tools and training, and help ensure a clean, safe dining environment.

This role involves performing routine tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and upkeep of the restaurant as part of a collaborative team. Starting at $15 per hour with semi-annual raises, with benefits and growth opportunities provided by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to clean and maintain equipment.
• Comfort with stocking and light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
