Job summary

Roche in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and maintain GxP-compliant records.

This on-site role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, and teamwork with Engineering and Production.

Qualifications

• Requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GxP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain compliant maintenance records using CMMS and software.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Support Senior Maintenance Specialists during repairs.
