Job summary

Henny Penny Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for the 3rd shift at our Eaton, OH headquarters. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support site goals.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to safety procedures and follow PMs and work orders.
• Read and interpret manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Diagnose faulty equipment and report anomalies to supervision.
• Repair, modify equipment, buildings/grounds, and assist contractors.
• May work in less than ideal weather and shift changes as needed.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and team projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Follow job instructions, PMs, assist other maintenance personnel, and production personnel in troubleshooting, repair, modification of equipment, building/grounds, and works with contractors.* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.* Make suggestions and recommendations for the service needs of equipment.* Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.* Attend to any other job-related duties that may arise in the course of their work. May be required to work in less than desirable weather conditions.
