CenterPointe in Omaha is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support the Campus For Hope facility. The role covers general maintenance, upkeep of housing units, grounds care including snow removal and mowing, and cleaning to keep properties well-maintained.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in maintenance or custodial work, a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record, and be 21 years of age or older.

• 2+ years' experience in maintenance and/or custodial positions.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (last 7 years).
• At least 21 years of age.

**THE JOB** The Maintenance Team in Omah is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Campus For Hope facility. Our incredible Maintenance Specialists have a diverse set of skills that allow them to quickly shift gears and accomplish a variety of tasks within a given workday. The position requires an ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and provide quality-driven results on a vast array of different projects.
