McMaster-Carr is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to support our distribution center and office facilities. You will program, configure, diagnose, maintain, and improve PLCs, HMIs, BMS, pumps, hydraulics, and HVAC systems to keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot using a multimeter. Experience with VFDs and vehicle maintenance is a plus.

When You’ll Work We are currently hiring for second-shift and overnight coverage. These positions may require variable schedules based on business needs, so flexibility in work hours and schedules is required.

Cash Compensation Total cash compensation typically ranges from $119,600 -$137,600, depending on your experience and skill set. This includes profit sharing, which is based on company profitability.
Total compensation may also include additional earnings through shift premiums (also known as shift differentials) for employees regularly scheduled on weekend, second, or overnight (third) shifts.
