Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general mechanical work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and general improvements to ensure buildings and equipment remain in excellent condition.

• Complete small renovation and remodeling projects, including finish work, fixture installation, and general repairs.
