Maintenance - Specialist: Preventive Maintenance Scheduler/Planner. The Maintenance - Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as obtaining vendor quotes and coordinating annual maintenance activities. This position will take ownership of DTR submissions and support Project Pulse requirements. Key responsibilities include ensuring that maintenance activities are effectively tracked, documented, and executed in compliance with the new OCD rule. The role aims to improve maintenance reliability by reducing equipment failures, increasing operational run times, and maintaining accurate records. This individual will work directly in the field to verify equipment hours, support mechanics, and oversee third‑party crews to ensure compliance with ETC standards. Further responsibilities include reviewing lift plans and coordinating supplemental third‑party services, such as building removals, hydrovac services, programming, trucking, cranes, and other specialized needs.
