Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support maintenance execution and project teams. You will analyze failures, drive improvements in asset performance, and validate capital projects to reduce downtime and costs.

The role requires at least five years in engineering maintenance, with a background in defect elimination and root cause analysis. A mechanical/electrical engineering degree is preferred, with CMRP/CRL certification viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in engineering maintenance.
