Hudson Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Ridgeview and Ridgeview West in Fortville, Indiana. You will address service requests, perform general repairs, and prepare vacant units while maintaining high property standards.

You will coordinate with a team to ensure resident satisfaction and safety, applying hands‑on oversight with data‑driven processes to sustain long‑term value for residents and investors.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and ability to make repairs.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include all general repair, preventative maintenance, preparing vacant units for new residents, and managing property upkeep. The Maintenance Technician collaborates with team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Position:
