Wolfspeed is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Durham, NC to support the Global EPI, Wafer Fab, Crystal Growth and Materials teams. You will work in a small group with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service while performing essential maintenance duties.

This 12-hour Day shift requires duties such as changing waste totes and gas cylinders, conducting daily checks, delivering chemicals, rebuilding parts, and inspecting gas systems. Overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Understanding of high vacuum equipment, electronic circuitry and PLC controllers.
• Must be willing to work overtime to support needs of business.
• Must be able to be medically cleared to wear a respirator and clean shaven.
• Must be able to be TPI certified and Forklift certified.
• Must be able to regularly lift 65 lbs.
