Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Shop Technician A in Capitol Heights, MD to diagnose multi-system issues and perform complex repairs on a modern fleet. You will work under supervision from a Lead Technician or Manager, handling chassis, engines, hydraulics, electrical and HVAC systems to keep vehicles in service.

Minimum 5–7 years on heavy-duty trucks, a valid license, and preferred CDL-B; ASE certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to perform inspections and repairs with limited supervision in several heavy truck systems.
• CDL-B preferred; LNG/CNG experience a plus but not required.
