Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly. You'll review make-ready checklists and prepare homes for new residents, ensuring high standards.

You'll join our on-call emergency team, may drive the company vehicle during rotations, and coordinate with Property Managers to obtain bids for repairs. A flexible schedule and hands-on maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Willingness to get hands dirty and provide exceptional service.
• Flexible work week with some weekend coverage.
• Safety-conscious and dependable.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

A typical Maintenance Service Technician’s day might include:

• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s) resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Keeping our communities running 24/7 by being a part of our after-hours emergency team. You’ll get to proudly cruise around town in a “GO Team” company provided vehicle for 7 days during the on-call rotation.
• Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for a tree branch that just fell onto a garage roof.
• Ordering and keeping inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.

The salary range for this position is $ 23.00 - 26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
