Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a maintenance and planning professional to schedule and plan work of mechanics, bakery projects, and preventive maintenance at our facility in Montebello, CA. You will manage parts ordering, stockroom inventory, CMMS data, and documentation in alignment with GMP and Food Safety standards.
The role requires 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience and strong MS Office and CMMS skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Under general supervision, this position provides scheduling and planning of the work of mechanics, bakery projects, and preventive maintenance. This position will also process and maintain, parts ordering, stock room inventory, inventory records, mechanical maintenance records, warranties, equipment specifications and documentation, PM CMMS systems, chemical control, maintenance training documentation and shop tooling. All the duties will be done following established GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies/procedures.
