Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous outdoor window cleaning
• Perform and assist the Supervisor with manual labor on light repairs, light bulbs, flooring, carpentry, outdoor cleaning
• Cleans and washes equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• To maintain and repair minor equipment in the Brooksville Yard.
• To read and understand job-related materials and fill out reports and forms.
• To communicate both verbally and in writing, including following oral/written instructions.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Be involved when vendors are called for repairs.
