Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the Maintenance and Reliability teams, drive safe and efficient plant operations, and ensure high-quality maintenance execution.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, capital project delivery, cost control, and strong leadership. You will partner with operations and engineering to improve asset performance while upholding HACCP and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2+ years in manufacturing environment.
Experience with work order systems, scheduling, PMs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Maintenance and Reliability teams for safe, efficient plant operations.
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Drive reliability improvements to increase asset availability and lifespan.
Manage MRO strategies including spare parts inventory, procurement, and repair planning within budget.
Monitor and control maintenance spending to reduce costs and improve performance.
Partner with technical leadership to deliver capital projects and ROI targets.
Provide leadership for maintenance KPIs and continuous improvement culture.
Lead change management to improve maintenance processes and plant performance.
Ensure compliant operations with HACCP and safety policies.
Identify, prioritize, and execute capital investments, equipment upgrades and process improvements.
Recruit, train, coach and develop team members with performance reviews.
