Amerex, a McWane, Inc. company, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance organization in Memphis. You will drive reliability improvements, supervise shift maintenance supervisors and technicians, and implement data-driven practices to reduce downtime.

You will develop training plans, oversee CMMS adoption, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Tooling to support plant goals while managing budgets and safety compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Hands-on CMMS experience including planning and scheduling.
• Strong preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis knowledge.
• Ability to set clear expectations and drive accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop shift Maintenance Supervisors.
• Set clear performance expectations for the maintenance dept.
• Identify skill gaps and develop training plans.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Drive CMMS implementation and data integrity as system of record.
• Maintain a consistent work request and breakdown response process.
• Direct reliability efforts toward top downtime issues.
• Improve preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance programs.
• Track KPIs like downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and MTTR.
• Coordinate downtime response with Production, Engineering, and Tooling.
• Manage budget, spare parts, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee facilities, utilities, and safety compliance.
