Job summary

MaintenanceRecruiter.com is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager in North Andover, MA to oversee maintenance strategy for a national manufacturing operation. This role focuses on reliability improvements, managing a team and coordinating with production to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of manufacturing reliability leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise across electrical, mechanical and PLC systems, and a strong grasp of CMMS processes and budget management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management & reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20 employees, including salaried personnel.
• Background in electrical, mechanical and PLC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of reliability mythologies (RCM, TPM, RCA, FMEA).
• Able to increase overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets.
• Degree or relevant experience.
• Food or beverage industry experience is preferred.

Shift: 1st shift (8am-5pm) Monday-Friday
