Job summary

Hadrian is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to build and scale maintenance systems that drive machine reliability, uptime, and maintenance execution across our factories. This role focuses on preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance and will own the content, scheduling, and process behind maintenance programs.

The right candidate will develop and optimize maintenance strategies, work with Factory Technicians and Leads, Supply Chain, and Production Scheduling, and influence CMMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years in CNC, manufacturing or automation maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance programs for CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies using condition monitoring and equipment data.
• Analyze equipment performance to improve uptime and reduce failures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of machine configurations, upgrades, and maintenance history.
• Define and track maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance).
• Manage CMMS work order workflows, scheduling, and data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor maintenance performance.
• Standardize maintenance procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Provide guidance to technicians and coordinate with production/engineering.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and integration.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for repairs, upgrades.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (lockout/tagout).
