Bridgepointe Maintenance in Michigan is seeking an experienced Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance projects. Responsibilities include quoting, planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and time constraints, coordinating teams, and managing contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience in planning and scheduling operations.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans for maintenance work.
• Quote jobs timely and accurately.
• Supervise staff and follow up on Human Resources related issues.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure all tasks are on schedule.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve any issues or risks affecting project completion.
• Bill out finished jobs timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Manage resources allocation and ensure their optimum use.
• Ensure quality control for all completed projects.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
