Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Project Engineer for the Geismar, LA area to support maintenance and small capital projects. The role interfaces with site managers, customers, and internal teams to drive KPI development, tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering with strong math, communication, and technical writing skills, plus industrial maintenance or construction experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare KPI reports and performance data.
Review submittals and customer procured materials and equipment for proper coordination and adherence to the plans and specifications.
Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
Manage daily maintenance and small capital projects.
Prepare customer required documents.
Assure AR/AP processes are properly functioning.
Assist in creating project and proposal schedules.
Update progress in support of schedule reporting.
Support site manager with revenue planning and budgeting.
