A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  1. Maintain schedules for equipment spare parts, supplies, and tools ordering and availability to support maintenance efforts.
  2. Compile records concerning quantity, cost, and type of spare parts, supplies, or tools received, shipped, in stock, or in production.
  3. Expedite the flow of parts, supplies, and tools within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules.
  4. Determine alternative spare parts and supplies for cost savings or improved reliability.
  5. Assist in identifying potential and actual part shortages and initiate actions to correct these deficiencies.
  6. Use knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert authorities about potential problems and remedial actions.
  7. Assist with scheduling and preparing critical repair work between production and maintenance personnel.
  8. Help prepare maintenance documentation for routing and approval.
Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through broad work experience and/or education.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience; vocational or technical education or certification may be required in addition to work experience.
  • May require vocational training and/or certification.
Nice to Have
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Good communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excluding PR): $57,600 - $86,400. Eligible for the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). Compensation details are specific to U.S. hires and may vary based on experience, certification, market, and location.

Benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week include health, dental, vision insurance, HSAs, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability leave, tuition reimbursement, and well-being programs.

Additional benefits for all employees include incentive plans, 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, holidays, stock purchase plans, employee assistance, and more. Some benefits may not apply in Puerto Rico.
