ACR (AmerCareRoyal) in Westfield, MA is seeking a Maintenance Process Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot on-site equipment, train operators, and support TPM and continuous improvement efforts.
You will work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), read schematics, apply Lean tools, and collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards. This on-site role offers a structured schedule with potential evenings or weekends.

The Maintenance Process Technician is required to install new equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults on site. They are also required to assist in the removal of old equipment and train staff on equipment operating procedures. The maintenance engineer has extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, the ability to work well under pressure, and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills. The maintenance engineer service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to help reduce or eliminate extended equipment downtime.
In addition, the Maintenance Process Technician actively supports 6S / continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining workplace organization, identifying process inefficiencies, and participating in corrective and preventive actions. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while contributing to team goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
This position is on-site in our Westfield, MA location Monday through Friday; however, hours may vary based on business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Employment Offers are contingent on completion of a Criminal Background Check, a Physical, and Drug Screening. Due to the nature of machinery and equipment in the facility, ACR and all subsidiaries' Drug Screenings are inclusive of Marijuana, regardless of your state's laws on medicinal and recreational usage.
$90,000 - $105,000 annually with an additional 10% annual bonus target. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
