McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchisee-operated restaurant in Texas. You will support management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and ensuring equipment is properly maintained to support daily operations.

The Maintenance Team handles tasks including fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, equipment cleaning, stock room upkeep, and basic facility housekeeping. This role offers competitive pay and a full benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to perform cleaning and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and utilities.
• Filter fryer oil daily and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Maintain outside grounds and stock rooms; restrooms cleaning.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week; take out trash and empty compactor.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
