McDonald's Restaurants Limited is hiring a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained both inside and outside. You will perform routine cleaning, assist with upkeep of equipment, and support the team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. This role includes duties such as oil fryer maintenance, grounds upkeep, and light HVAC tasks, with opportunities for growth and benefits through the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Maintenance duties including cleaning and upkeep of restaurant interior and exterior.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning and basic maintenance equipment.
• Awareness of safety policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment.
• Clean inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs and maintain HVAC/exhaust units.
