McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean, maintain equipment, and support operations. Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, restrooms, and unloading deliveries twice a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or restaurant maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week and manage waste.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
