Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely.
• Certification in a relevant trade or vocational training.

Responsibilities
