You will respond to maintenance requests, inspect facilities, coordinate with contractors, and keep records; must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 50 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely.
• Certification in a relevant trade or completion of a vocational training program related to handyman services.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
