Job summary

HLBMA LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a Maintenance Coordinator I to plan preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and supervise the equipment technician team to ensure continuous production performance.

You'll develop PM schedules, coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Purchasing, and maintain accurate records in CMMS and ERP systems while supporting budget tracking and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with maintenance planning or reliability is a plus.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems is preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PM schedules for production and facility equipment.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work orders with tasks, labor estimates, parts, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate PM scheduling with Production to minimize disruptions.
• Manage spare parts and MRO inventory and maintain records.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and report to leadership.
