BAF seeks a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to optimize planning and scheduling workflows in our Idaho manufacturing site. You will develop work scopes, estimate resources, and coordinate parts and tools for efficient maintenance execution.
The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, proficiency with CMMS and MS Office, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through metrics and RCA initiatives. On-site work with safety emphasis and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

Pay Range: $30.46-$35.03 DOE
The Maintenance Planning Scheduler is responsible for the execution and improvement of the planning and scheduling workflow process. The Maintenance Planning Scheduler will also be responsible for driving the planning and scheduling program for effective work completion.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write various types of documents including, but not limited to, instructions, training outlines, and reports. Ability to effectively present information verbally in one-on-one to large group situations.
- Must be able to creatively apply experience and common sense to a variety of situations, processes, and people. Must be able to make technical decisions and support the staff on technical issues. Possess the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Be able to plan work, order parts, and coordinate downtime to complete work orders. Be able to resolve issues which may include conflicts between employees, equipment malfunctions, and variations in operating conditions.
- Must demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and be able to effectively use Maintenance Management Software.
Proactively manage safety by ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations and internal Company policies. Regularly complete behavior based safety observations. Ensure unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. All employees are responsible for upholding the principles of SQF 2000. All employees are responsible for immediately reporting any food safety, food quality, or plant security issues to management for appropriate action.
