Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school program completion preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• CMMS experience and overall computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the preventive maintenance program and schedule.
• Provide metric calculation and reporting.
• Fully utilize the CMMS for maintenance management.
• Process and prioritize work orders and ensure parts availability.
• Develop job plans to standardize work procedures across mechanics.
• Manage spare parts inventory with maintenance and purchasing teams.
• Lead proactive manufacturing principles (lean, TPM, RCM).
• Record and maintain inventory in CMMS and perform year-end audits.
• Coordinate stocking of spare parts and support additional maintenance initiatives.
