Job summary

Calpine, a business unit of Constellation Energy, is seeking a maintenance planning professional to ensure operation of plant equipment and systems. You will determine, monitor, and administrate work schedules, assess maintenance needs, and develop long- and short-term plans in coordination with management.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, developing budgets, and producing labor-hour analyses while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and vocational/technical experience in maintenance, engineering-related field, or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Seasoned professional with administrative skill and advanced applied experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and plant operations.
• Administers maintenance program with emphasis on establishing job plans to effect operation/maintenance performance.
• Manages outage readiness check lists for required planning periods.
• Leads, researches, and schedules exercising discretion in problem solving.
• Develops and maintains planning for long and short-term business objectives.
