Job summary

CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) in Carey, Idaho, seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance using the CMMS. You will develop detailed plans, manage a 2-4 week backlog, and coordinate with Production to minimize downtime while ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Maintain an organized backlog of planned maintenance work (2-4 weeks).
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are current, effective, and properly documented.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with the storeroom and purchasing.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, asset structures, and maintenance data in CMMS.
• Track and support maintenance performance metrics including PM compliance and schedule adherence.
• Support reliability improvements by identifying maintenance gaps and failure trends.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards including LOTO and OSHA requirements.
