Job Highlights

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning plant maintenance resources to support safety, compliance, reliability, quality, and financial goals at the Fords Plant. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Planning execution of SAP Maintenance Work Orders.
• Managing SAP CMMS data (BOMs, etc.).
• Creating inspection and preventive maintenance task lists.
• Material, tool, and equipment procurement and management.
• Ordering parts, Goods Receipts, and invoice approvals in SAP.
• Collaborating with production teams to plan activities.
• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor/Scheduler as needed.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• 3-5 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong communication skills.
