Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a detail-driven Maintenance Planner to keep our Waterloo, IN and Rock Island, IL facilities running at full speed. You will build maintenance schedules, manage the preventive/corrective program, and coordinate with maintenance, production, and vendors to keep equipment performing optimally.

In this role, you’ll track ERP metrics, forecast parts inventory, and prepare purchase requisitions while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance planning.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be able to operate a forklift, man lift and other industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, D365 and Microsoft AX (highly preferred).
• Purchasing and vendor management.
• High level knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts.
• Excellent planning and execution skills.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Ability to work under pressure and with others for a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally assist outside normal hours for urgent needs.

Job Description

$35–$40/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

What you'll do:
