Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to keep plant operations safe and reliable. You will manage work orders, analyze equipment reliability, and liaise with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and external partners.
This 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) role requires SAP Plant Maintenance proficiency, experience in a manufacturing setting, and strong Excel/Word skills.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will manage work order priorities, analyze equipment reliability, coordinate internal and external resources, and serve as a liaison between Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and external partners to ensure planned work is completed on schedule. This position is for 1st shift working 7:00am-3:30pm, with some flexibility as needed.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
