Blommer Chocolate Company in East Greenville, PA seeks a Maintenance Planner to schedule daily, periodic, and annual shutdown work orders, aiming to minimize costs and maximize equipment reliability.
You will lead planning meetings, perform root-cause analyses for equipment failures, maintain CMMS data, and train staff on system use, while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the planning of daily routine, periodic, and annual shutdown work orders for maintenance employees and contractors with the objective of minimizing total maintenance cost and effort by maximizing maintenance work force efficiency and productivity and ultimately machine reliability.
