Reid McDonald's Organization is seeking a Maintenance Person (Janitor) to support several McDonald’s locations in Raleigh, Youngsville and Durham. This role involves cleaning, grounds upkeep, and basic facility maintenance to keep the restaurant safe and inviting.

Starting pay up to $13.00 per hour, with flexible schedules, tuition assistance, health benefits, free meals, and growth opportunities within the franchisee network.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
